Cijan was designated as Manufacturing Innovation Center of Henan Province by four Ministries.
Recently, Cijan was jointly designated as the third batch of Henan Manufacturing Innovation Centers by the Industry and Information Technology Ministry, the Reform Commission, the Science and Technology Ministry, and the Finance Ministry of the Province.
