Cijan held 2020 Skill Competition
The company's annual skill competition kicked off in May. This year's skill competition includes 9 items, including forklift operation, warehouse management, welding, lathing, stamping, assembly working, packaging, measuring tool use, and drawing skills. It is divided into two parts: written examination and practical operation, with 291 people applying to participate, 47 winners finally achieved excellent performance.
Forklift operation mainly inspect the skills and psychological quality of driving the forklift; Welding mainly inspect the parameter adjustment and welding level; Assembly working mainly inspect viewing drawing ability, operation proficiency and quality assurance ability etc; Packaging mainly inspect the packaging quality, proficiency and output efficiency; Lathing and stamping mainly inspect viewing drawing ability, operation ability, etc. .
