CIJAN officially obtained nomination of the STELLANTIS Group!
On July 5, 2023, CIJAN officially received the nomination of the StellantisCMP platform. The CMP project is a platformization project of Stellantis, covering many of its models, including the Peugeot 208, Peugeot 2008, Lancia and Opel Corsa, which are very popular in the European market.
The products will be supplied to Stellantis' Zaragoza and Vigo factories in Spain and Kenitra factory in Morocco respectively. The total amount will reach more than 600,000 units/year of the above models, which will increase the production of Xichuan factory by more than 2 million units per year.
During the development process, the project team members made concerted efforts to pass the commercial review of Stellantis, new supplier audit, technical review (including multiple rounds of coaching in Germany and France), quality review, CSR review and financial review, which ensured the smooth finalization of the new product project. It is a solid foundation for the internationalization strategy of CIJAN.
