2023 Technical Competition

The annual technical competition of the company kicked off in May. This year's technical competition includes the competition of welders, forklift workers, assembly workers, maintenance workers, valve assembling workers, computer drawing skills ect. , totally 10 competitions, which are divided into written tests and practical operation of two parts. 283 people participated. 52 workers finally won.
The activity is a big platform for all kinds of workers to learn from each other, to improve their technical skills and techniques. The skill competition activities can be expected to lead out of all the CIJAN people's "craftsman spirit", "craftsman's heart", with our diligent and exquisite hands to promote CIJAN to move forward.
