Postdoctoral Work

ADS Adaptive Damping System

An electronic control system collects signals related to the motion of the vehicle body and suspension through sensors. The controller calculates the optimal damping force and control current, which adjusts the damping force of the shock absorber by regulating the current to the electromagnetic valve. This system enhances both vehicle stability and ride comfort.

Definition: The system consists of shock absorbers, air bags, controllers, air pumps, sensors, electromagnetic valves, and pipes. The controller determines the vehicle's status based on data from the height sensors and controls the operation of the air pump and electromagnetic valves to inflate or deflate the airbags, achieving adjustments to the vehicle height.

Anti-snake-line damper series for high-speed trains

CIJAN successfully developed high-speed train Anti-snake-line damper, mastery of the core technology, to reach the international first-class level, to fill the gaps in the country, has been put on the market in large quantities.The company has become a qualified supplier of metro or vibration damper for China Railway Group, and provides the only national brand vibration damper for trains and high-speed railways with the speed of more than 160 kilometres per hour.
