Intelligent Production Workshop
Automated Assembly Workshop
This workshop can carry out the entire processing of dampers, including welding, electrophoresis painting, assembly, and external assembly. It has an annual designed capacity of 10 million dampers and mainly provides support for top domestic and international automotive companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Nissan, Renault, and Geely.
This workshop features a fully integrated information system that enables traceability across the entire process, from order receipt to product development, production processing, and finally to the delivery of dampers to the customer’s production line.
ADS Intelligent Production Workshop
The ADS automated production line project of CIJAN commenced in January 2021. It primarily focuses on the construction of smart manufacturing and intelligent warehousing workshops, as well as a solenoid valve damper production line. The project has become the first production line in China to fully possess independent intellectual property rights and achieve a high degree of automation and informatization, characterized by high production efficiency and strong automatic error-proofing capabilities.
ECAS Intelligent Production Workshop
The overall planned production capacity of the ECAS workshop is 400,000 sets per year, and it currently has a production capacity of 100,000 sets per year. It primarily produces air spring assy, which play a crucial role in the comfort and handling of the vehicle as an important execution component of the intelligent electronic control suspension system. All production equipment in the workshop is independently developed by Shanghai CIJAN, ensuring control over the key process parameters in the production of air springs. The MES traceability system accurately traces and archives the key parameters during the production process.

Pre-production
By retrieving production data based on product name, production time, ID, and other criteria, we can ensure that parts and subassemblies correspond with the final assembly, allowing for traceability of batches for both parts and subassemblies.
In production
The production line on the manufacturing site can automatically control the entire production process, while also collecting, displaying, querying, tracing, and alarming various process parameters and measurement data.
Production backend
The product traceability code is unique, allowing for precise tracing in case of issues.
