Position responsibilities
Ⅰ. Responsible for developing the APQP plan according to the project milestone/schedule established by the OE clients.
Ⅱ. Responsible for the decomposition and implementation of the internal secondary plans and monthly project plans.
Ⅲ. Responsible for submitting relevant project documentation and deliverables according to customer requirements.
Ⅳ. Responsible for the timely initiation of the internal quality gates according to the plan.
Ⅴ. Responsible for gathering internal and external quality issues that arise during the project execution, task decomposition, implementation of improvements, and tracking progress.
Ⅵ. Responsible for solving the technical quality issues caused by the structural design in the product including the production phase and warranty services of refund phase.
Ⅶ. Responsible for organizing and implementing cost reduction efforts for managed products and parts through VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering).
Ⅷ. Responsible for promptly releasing relevant information about project changes before the discontinuation, suspension, or other significant changes regarding customer products involved in the managed project.
Ⅸ. Responsible for the drafting, revision, review, and archiving of 2D and 3D drawings of products and parts during the project development process.
Position requirements
Ⅰ. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related majors.
Ⅱ. At least 3 years of project working experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Ⅲ. Strong summarization and communication skills, proficient in using PowerPoint.
Ⅳ. Proficient in reading English documents; preference will be given to those who can communicate in English.
Ⅴ. Familiar with the APQP project development process.
Ⅵ. Knowledgeable about the processes and working principles involved in machining.
Ⅶ. Familiar with various machining methods.
Ⅷ. Mastering at least one CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Pro/E/CAXA/CATIA/UG).
Ⅸ. Familiar with at least one computer-aided engineering/manufacturing/process software (CAE/CAM/CAPP/Abaqus/Ansys/CAXA).
