Position responsibilities

Ⅰ. Complete the design and development work of the project according to the project schedule.

Ⅱ. Develop the project in accordance with the development process, leveraging mature technologies, addressing problem avoidance, and managing project costs.

Ⅲ. Responsible for design reviews, verification, confirmation, issue improvement, validation, and tracking.

Ⅳ. Responsible for solving the technical quality issues caused by the structural design in the product including the production phase and warranty services of refund phase.

Ⅴ. Responsible for the approval and acknowledgement of finished products, and for promptly communicating any acknowledgment issues to the Quality Assurance Department SQE/vendor.                

Ⅵ. Responsible for the design and development of assembly and parts for passenger vehicle products in mass production according to APQP plan;

Ⅶ. Responsible for the drafting, revision, review, and archiving of 2D and 3D drawings of products and parts during the project development process.

Ⅷ. Responsible for tracking the progress and quality of the product prototype samples, as well as resolving technical quality issues during the trial production.

Position requirements

Ⅰ. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related majors.

Ⅱ. At least 3 years of product design experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Ⅲ. Strong summarization and communication skills, proficient in using PowerPoint.

Ⅳ. Proficient in using office software.

Ⅴ. Proficient in 2D and 3D mechanical drawing software.

Ⅵ. Familiar with the processes, principles, and methods related to machining.
