Position responsibilities

Ⅰ. Responsible for implementing the safety requirements to ensure the safety of personal practice;

Ⅱ. Responsible for implementing the construction and application of the welding process system, process standards, and the standards for tools and measuring gauges.

Ⅲ. Responsible for drafting the technical requirements for new equipment in the welding section for new projects.

Ⅳ. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of EN 15085, ISO 3834 and other documentation related to welding system certifications.

Ⅴ. Responsible for the welding-related preparations for internal and external audits in the Nanyang Process Technology Department, including audits for EN 15085 and ISO 3834.

Ⅵ. Responsible for the compilation and updating of welding PFMEA analysis for each workshop in Xichuan, as well as the preparation of the initial control plan which is based on the latest version used in the trial production workshop and serves as a reference provided for Xichuan without requiring it to be production-ready).

Position requirements

Ⅰ. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related majors.

Ⅱ. At least 3 years of product design experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Ⅲ. Familiar with International Automotive Task Force 16949:2016.

Ⅳ. Engaged in welding processes and fixture design for passenger vehicle (PV) chassis parts, with 3-5 years of work experience.

Ⅴ. Proficient in using CAD, CATIA, Excel, Word, and other drawing and office software.
