Position responsibilities

Ⅰ. Coordinate communication for international projects with clients, international business departments, and internal teams (Process, Equipment & Process, Quality Assurance, Production), and manage the release and collection of project-related documents.

Ⅱ. Track, follow up, and resolve process-related issues for international projects prior to PPAP.

Ⅲ. Support international project activities in line with the Process Department's development plan.

Ⅳ. Translate international project documents and facilitate communication with clients; translate client requirements.

Ⅴ.  Provide remote or on-site technical support to overseas factories to resolve process anomalies and quality defects.

Ⅵ. Deliver process training to engineers and technical staff at overseas factories to ensure alignment with technical standards.            

Ⅶ. Interpret international standards and adapt them into applicable process development guidelines. Participate in international project meetings and communicate meeting requirements.

Position requirements

Ⅰ. Proficient in English as a working language for client communication.

Ⅱ. Familiar with IATF 16949 standards; 1-2 years of experience in mechanical or automotive industries.

Ⅲ. Skilled in CAD, CATIA, Excel, Word, and other relevant software.

Ⅳ. Solid understanding of equipment performance, product processing routes, manufacturing processes, fixture design, packaging specifications, process planning, and documentation.
