Position responsibilities

Ⅰ. Develop APQP plans in accordance with OEM project milestone schedules.

Ⅱ. Decompose and implement internal level-2 plans and monthly project plans.

Ⅲ. Submit required project documents and deliverables per client requirements.

Ⅳ. Manage internal quality gate milestones according to project schedules.

Ⅴ.  Coordinate internal and external quality issues throughout the project lifecycle, including task assignment, follow-up, and improvement implementation.

Ⅵ. Resolve technical quality issues arising from design (including production phase and warranty returns).

Ⅶ. Organize and implement VAVE cost-reduction initiatives for assigned products and components.

Ⅷ.Timely communicate project change information, such as discontinuation, suspension, or major changes for client products related to assigned projects 

Ⅸ.Prepare, revise, review, and archive 2D and 3D drawings for products and components during project development.

Position requirements

Ⅰ. Proficient in English with strong reading and communication skills.

Ⅱ. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive, or related fields.

Ⅲ. Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Ⅳ. Strong coordination and communication skills; familiar with APQP development processes.

Ⅴ.Knowledge of machining processes, procedures, and working principles.

Ⅵ.Familiar with various mechanical processing methods.
