Position responsibilities

Ⅰ. Develop and implement the performance tuning plan for the shock absorbers, and carry out daily tuning tasks.

Ⅱ. Resolve chassis performance issues; coordinate resource requirements for the tuning process; complete the chassis tuning work and track acceptance.

Ⅲ. Responsible for providing technical support for the overall vehicle tuning to OE clients.

Ⅳ. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of subjective evaluation system;

Ⅴ. Responsible for the tuning report and deliverables.

Ⅵ. Support the optimization of traditional damper valve system design and solenoid valve system design

Ⅶ. Responsible for the PLM systematic management of tuning information;

Position requirements

Ⅰ. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related majors.

Ⅱ. At least 3 years of product design experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Ⅲ. Familiar with the theory of chassis dynamics; Have a deep understanding of chassis theory and structure; Proficient in the subjective evaluation system of vehicle chassis performance; Possess the ability to conduct independent tuning; Adapt to be on  business.
