On March 18, 2023, during the “2022 Annual Supplier Conference” hosted by SAIC Motor Corporation Limited Passenger Vehicle Company, CIJAN was honored with the “Exceptional Craftsmanship and Outstanding Innovation Award.”

United in Efforts, Embracing the Future. On March 18, 2023, the 2022 Annual Supplier Conference of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited Passenger Vehicle Company took place, bringing together supplier partners from all over the country in Shanghai. During this conference, SAIC Passenger Vehicle shared its annual development performance in 2022 and set an ambitious sales target of over one million for 2023. Additionally, the conference provided an annual analysis of the current supply chain trends within the automotive industry. The award ceremony was also held and CIJAN won the “Exceptional Craftsmanship and Outstanding Innovation Award”. This recognition not only strengthens the strategic partnership between both parties but also acknowledges CIJAN’s significant achievements in the development and application of electronic control shock absorbers.
CIJAN & SAIC Passenger Vehicle
CIJAN began its earliest collaboration with SAIC Passenger Vehicle in 2008. In that year, CIJAN officially partnered with SAIC to supply parts for its first fully independent brand model, the Roewe 550. As of now, CIJAN has captured nearly 70% of the supply share for SAIC Passenger Vehicle, providing parts for various Roewe models such as the 550, i5, Ei5, RX5 (first generation/PLUS/third generation), W5, RX8, and Clever. Additionally, they have supplied parts for MG models like the 360, GT, GS, the new MG5, and numerous other models including the first vehicle from the SAIC Extraordinary brand, the ER6.
The Future Projects
At the end of March 2023, SAIC MG’s latest medium-sized coupe MG7 will be launched with much fanfare. The premium marque will be equipped with mCDC, a new technology jointly developed by SAIC and CIJAN. This also marks SAIC’s first attempt at domestic independent development of intelligent electronic control suspension system, which will be perfectly embody the combination of elegance and sportiness from the inside out.
