This cooperation centers on the 160 km/h power-concentrated EMU, a model with exceptionally stringent requirements for the stability, durability, and weather resistance of its damping system. It stands as a high-end benchmark project for rail transit damping components.

During the project, the company's Rail Transit Sales Department took the initiative to open a path for domestic substitution in a market long monopolized by wholly foreign-owned brands. Working closely with the R&D team and other departments, the team aligned in depth with CRRC Nanjing Puzhen's technical requirements, optimizing the shock absorber structure, damping parameters, and sealing durability for the complex operating conditions of power-concentrated EMUs.

For a long time, the 160 km/h power-concentrated EMU and high-speed rail shock absorber markets have been monopolized by foreign brands.
